I suggest that in increasing games you should only be able to trade in your cards on your own turn.
This will prevent players cashing in their cards before their killer has the chance to kill them off completely.
I thought that the killer inherits the traded-in cards as armies to assign.
Yes he does but if the killer waited until his turn to cash in the cards then they would be worth more.
Good point, but if the opponent is fately wounded then the chances of them still being alive are not good, considering that this is increase. The vultures will be gathering.
